Bistrot.
2 courses, $45 add a dessert for $10
Restaurant.
3 courses, $50- $70. Restaurant menu similar to current seasonal sharing menu
All the Lashings.
3-4 courses, minimum $90. Tailored menu for the event, the world is your oyster
Roving Canapés
5 canapés plus a substantial, no one left hungry
