Our menus are small and ever changing depending on our regions abundance of local produce at the time. This means lots of fresh tomatoes in summer, and lots of root vegetables in winter. Our menu is small, with some ripping bar snacks and larger dishes for one or to share and desserts that remind us of our grandmothers.
We are proudly growing all the meat for the menu on our farms, Bundarra and Wilare. Most of our herbs and vegetables come from our gardens or at the organic Peninsula Fresh farm, all located just outside of Barham.
